European automotive tuner Venuum has introduced a new look for the full-size luxury crossover BMW XM. Their Rhino package gives the vehicle a more extreme and bold appearance, although the standard model already boasts an impressive look. The crossover has received a completely redesigned grille and an exclusive front bumper. Additionally, the modified XM is equipped with a new hood, a distinctive glossy black splitter, unique thresholds, and side skirts. Custom wheels are installed under its wide wheel arches.
The rear of the crossover has also undergone significant changes. The most noticeable updates are a large spoiler emerging from the roof and two large spoilers on the rear door. Venuum has also developed an aggressive diffuser for the crossover and added a pair of exhaust pipes, making a total of six. The powertrain under the hood remains the same.
The BMW XM in its standard configuration is equipped with a hybrid system based around the BMW S68 engine, an upgraded version of the 4.4-liter V8. It is paired with an 8-speed automatic ZR transmission.
In its base configuration, the system's output is 659 horsepower and 884 Nm of torque. The BMW XM with this system accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in approximately 3.5 seconds. The electric range is about 80 km according to the WLTP standard. The standard configuration includes permanent all-wheel drive with an M Sport differential on the rear axle.
It is reported that the Rhino package will be released in a limited edition, although the exact number is not specified. The cost of the package is also not disclosed. The price of the BMW XM crossover in the USA starts at $160,000.
